About Panda's Claw:

Panda's Claw was created and is operated by Thomas Sears, an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (retired) with over 30 years of progressive  quality management experience in both light and heavy manufacturing. Over his career he has received numerous awards and citations for community and  professional service and for service to his country, the United States of America.

"One of my principle reasons for forming the Panda's Claw was to provide discerning collectors of quality items an alternative for buying, selling, and trading  their collectables with an element of dignity and privacy...and with the assurance that they will receive full disclosure of the quality of the items they are purchasing.  To this end, I personally inspect every item, new or previously owned, for defects. I take a minimum of two photographs of each item to ensure that the quality of the  item is documented prior to shipment and I personally pack each item for shipment in a method appropriate to the item, which usually means double boxing. I  handle all items with gloves to minimize the transfer of body oils and other contaminants. While I am not qualified to ascertain the true value of most collectables  nor their authenticity, I can at the least ensure that the items are truly represented with regard to their condition." --- Thomas Sears
